Wedding + event planning is a joy. It's incredibly rewarding and lots of fun, but it's extremely challenging, unglamorous, and hard work. This series of classes was carefully constructed to educate those excited on entering this industry with little or no experience and to share the behind-the-scenes of what owning a successful creative business entails. With nearly a decade of successful and highly regarded events under our companies, we know what it takes to break into an industry, to provide impeccable service, and to stand out but also to stand the test of time.

This series is designed to both cover the basics of breaking into the industry but to lead you down a path of success and creativity. All courses are valuable for even the most seasoned event professional as we take a look at breaking down the basics of marketing and social media for all levels. Draw Twitter and Facebook fans and followers by promoting your business and creativity in a balanced way. Utilize these platforms to market to your target audience.

Class I: Defining Your Passion for Weddings + Events: thinking you have events in your blood isn't enough in this industry. Learn how to realize and actualize your dreams of becoming an event planning or stylist and what truly goes into an event {in a nutshell}.

 Class II: Branding Your Business: Learn how create a cohesive brand. Define, optimize, and focus geared towards your ideal clients or couples. A brand goes beyond a logo or website. We share how we've built our brand and name brick by brick.

Class III: Building on social media. Topics to include:
Blogging 101 + beyond. Learn how to map out creative post ideas and grow your blog presence.
